This website presents Studio Beyond's work in Brazil: cases, areas of expertise, a blog and a contact form. The site does not sell products or services online and does not take payments.
2. Information we collect
- Data you send through the contact form: name, email address and, if you fill them in, subject and message.
- Technical browsing data recorded automatically by the platform that hosts the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and date and time of access.
- Information recorded by cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
3. How we use this information
- To reply to your message and follow up on the contact you started.
- To keep the site running securely and fix technical issues.
- To produce aggregated visit statistics that help us improve our content.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it to send you advertising without your consent.
4. Where data is stored and who it is shared with
The site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which stores form messages and technical data on protected servers.
Some videos on the site are played from Vimeo or YouTube. When you play a video, these services may record browsing data under their own privacy policies.
We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, our own and the Wix platform's, to make the site work, protect it against abuse and measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.

We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain a record of the relationship, or for the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable rules, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, withdraw consent and object to processing.

The site links to third-party pages, such as Studio Beyond's Portugal website and client websites. Each has its own privacy policy.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the current version appears at the top of the page.
